First-time director Simon Brand seems to have two bases covered already: a cool concept and a rock-solid cast. According to Variety, the plot of "Unknown" is being kept hush-hush, but "the drama is likened to ‘Memento‘ in that participants and viewers don’t know until the end who the bad guy is." James Caviezel ("The Passion of the Christ") is only the most recent actor to join a cast that includes Joe Pantoliano ("The Matrix"), Jeremy Sisto ("May"), Peter Stormare ("Fargo"), Greg Kinnear ("As Good as it Gets") and Bridget Moynahan ("The Sum of All Fears"). "Unknown" starts shooting later this month from a screenplay by newcomers Darby Parker & Matt Waynee.
