We’ve been going strong for the past two weeks, and last night, the third episode of The Rotten Tomatoes Show aired on Current TV. If you didn’t have the chance to catch it, then you can watch it on the Current website.
Perhaps you’ve now seen the format of the show, and you realize, “Hey, that could be me offering my opinions on Street Fighter or Watchmen.” Well, if you’ve seen our updates in the past, then you know that it most certainly could be your face on the television screen. For example, we would love to have your contributions on our next show, in which Brett, Ellen, and friends will be discussing I Love You, Man, Duplicity, and Knowing. Want to know how you can take part? Fire up that webcam and check out the video below:
As many of you may know, the very first episode of the Rotten Tomatoes Show on Current TV premiered last Thursday. Months of planning and coordination preceded the premiere, and we think it went rather well. There was only one problem: you, our faithful readers here at RT, were way underrepresented in the user-submitted review clips!
Where is the passion and fervor we know you all have bottled up inside? Where are the rants, raves, and ho-hums? Where are the videos of you sounding the trumpet calls for your favorite movies, or smashing furniture to lament the ones that disappointed you? We know you have it in you, and as much as we love the guys and gals over at Current, we’re supposed to be the movie experts, right?
So, now that you’re super pumped from the preceding pep talk, let’s get down to the nitty gritty. How does one get to be a part of the Rotten Tomatoes Show? It’s rather simple, in fact. Simply mosey on over to the Current website and check out their instructions to submit for next week’s show. They’ll be talking about Sunshine Cleaning, Race to Witch Mountain, and Miss March.
And while you’re here, why not check out last night’s episode? We’ll even make it extra easy for you:
Submissions of webcam, three-word, and haiku reviews are only accepted until Midnight on Sunday, so get out there, watch some movies, and tell us what you thought of them!
