Ahead of this Friday’s release of Hellboy, Rotten Tomatoes correspondent Mark Ellis sat down with the man who plays the hard-living half-demon himself, David Harbour, to discuss his approach to the beloved character. Plus, co-stars Milla Jovovic, Daniel Dae Kim, and Ian McShane chime in on what makes this latest Hellboy different from earlier incarnations, contemplate some quirky crossovers (Hellboy at the Continental Hotel?), and lay out what audiences can expect from the R-rated flick.

Hellboy is in theaters everywhere Friday, April 12
