Universal is adapting Laura Dave’s novel "London Is the Best City in America" as a vehicle for Reese Witherspoon, Variety reports. Witherspoon and her partner in Type A, Jennifer Simpson, will co-produce; the script is by Gwyn Laurie. The story involves a woman, recently single, who is working on a documentary.
