Renaissance Picks Up "Pretty Persuasion"

Renaissance Films has picked up the black comedy "Pretty Persuasion," Variety reports. The movie stars Evan Rachel Wood, Ron Livingston and James Woods and is about a high school student who sues one her teachers for sexual harassment. The movie was shown at this year’s Sundance and will be screened at the European Film Market in Berlin later this month. Evan Rachel Wood can be seen in the forthcoming drama, "The Upside of Anger."
