Kiefer Spills Some Cool Beans on the "24" Movie

It’s been about half a year since we got all excited when Fox announced their big-screen "24" adventure … but obviously a project like this is going to take a good while to get rolling. But Kiefer Sutherland recently chatted with About.com, and he divulged some fairly interesting insights.

According to IGN Movies, Kiefer believes that the 2-hour movie will represent a 24-hour block of time … which means we won’t be working in true "real-time" like we do with the "24" TV show or that "Nick of Time" flick with Johnny Depp.

The former "Young Gun" also believes that the movie will take place outside the ongoing televised adventures, which is a trick I’m really curious to see.

The "24" movie might take a while to get rolling, but hey, the new season starts next week!
