Is Ben Affleck Not That Into You?

This thing must have an incredible script...

Just when you think it can’t possibly have room for another star, the rapidly expanding Borg collective that is the cast of He’s Just Not That Into You adds a high-profile name to its list. Two weeks ago, we learned that Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Aniston had signed on for the project; now, Variety is reporting that Ben Affleck is in talks to do the same.

He’s Just Not That Into You, produced by (and starring) Drew Barrymore, has already secured the services of Aniston, Johansson, Jennifer Connelly, Bradley Cooper, Kevin Connolly, Justin Long, and Ginnifer Goodwin. Filming is scheduled to begin September 10, so Barrymore and her partners are running out of time to add big names to the cast — which is fine with us, because typing out all these names is becoming a chore.

Affleck’s next major role is behind the camera, directing his brother Casey in the upcoming adaptation of Dennis Lehane’s Gone Baby Gone. Read more about it in our Fall Movie Preview!
