The first trailer for the notoriously well-titled "Snakes On A Plane," which is about — you guessed it — snakes let loose on a plane, is making the rounds online. Check out badass Samuel L. Jackson telling a bunch of slithery reptiles who’s boss.
New Line Cinema didn’t know what it had back when the pic was still titled "Pacific Air Flight 121," but now that they’ve given the creature thriller a much better name, everyone’s excited to see it. Although "Snakes" won’t slither into theaters until August 18, fansite TagWorld‘s got the first teaser trailer up, for your viewing pleasure.
It’s got snakes, it’s got a plane, and it’s got Sam Jackson delivering a bone-chilling line: "Enough is enough. I’ve had it with these snakes." You know what that means; these deadly killers are about to feel Jackson’s wrath — thank goodness he’s come aboard the flight packing heat. They’re everywhere on the plane: in the overhead compartments, in a doomed kitty’s carrier box, in the freaking light fixtures, in a lady’s bra! Thank you, director David Ellis (the former stuntman who also helmed "Cellular," "Final Destination 2," and "Homeward Bound II: Lost in San Francisco").
The synopsis: ""Snakes On A Plane" stars Samuel L. Jackson as an unlucky air traveler who finds himself trapped on a flight full of, yes, deadly snakes, which have been planted there to kill a crucial government witness."
