FINALLY, after oh-so-many weeks of speculation, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have confirmed rumors that they are expecting a baby together.
Doing what lesser tabs could not, People Magazine grabbed the first official word from the Most Beautiful listers’ reps after Jolie spilled the beans to an aid worker in the Dominican Republic. The "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" actress is there filming the star-studded CIA thriller, "The Good Shepherd."
Celeb-watchers have speculated for a while that the humanitarian beauty was pregnant, as Jolie stepped out in loose, belly-hiding garb and made it known in the press that she intended to expand her family unit. Already the adoptive mother of 4 year-old son Maddox and 1 year-old daughter Zahara, Jolie maintained single parenthood of her kids until recently, when it was announced suspected paramour Brad Pitt was in the process of becoming their adoptive father.
It would seem now that the never-confirmed couple is not only together, but a growing family unit. The Jolie-Pitts, as they are to be called, are expecting their biological bundle of genetically-blessed joy this summer.
