The official site for "War of the Worlds" has been launched. As of right now, the site is not fully in operation, as it only has a teaser poster and an option to register for updates. Ain’t It Cool News has posted up some links to photos relating to the movie.
"War of the Worlds" is toplined by Tom Cruise and directed by Steven Spielberg. Based on H.G. Well’s novel of the same name, the movie takes place in an alternate reality where Martians do exist and are planning to subjugate Earth. "War of the Worlds" is scheduled for a summer 2005 release.
