Actress Sandra Dee, best known for her roles in late 1950s and early 1960s teen movies, died Sunday, according to CNN. Dee, who was married to singer Bobby Darin, died from complications from kidney disease and pneumonia. Dee drew popularity for her roles in "Gidget" and "A Summer Place"; she was recently portrayed by Kate Bosworth in Kevin Spacey‘s Darin biopic "Beyond the Sea."
