WATCH: Trailer for Spike Lee's Chi-Raq

Spike Lee’s latest joint, Chi-Raq, is a reimagining of the Greek comedy Lysistrata by Aristophanes set in modern day Chicago.  Sick of gang violence, the women in a Chicago neighborhood decide to withhold sex until their men shape up and put down their guns. Chi-Raq features an ensemble cast including Teyondah Paris, Nick Cannon, Wesley Snipes, Angela Basset, Jennifer Hudson, John Cusack, Dave Chappelle, and Samuel L. Jackson. It will be released Dec. 4th by Roadside Attractions, Lionsgate and Amazon, followed by a release on Amazon Instant Video.
