Mike Nichols discusses his latest film, "Closer" with Los Angeles Daily News. Adapted from Patrick Marber’s play, "Closer" depicts the way people behave badly when falling in and out of love. The director of such films as "Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" and "The Graduate," Nichols knows a thing or two about the toxicity of relationships. "Closer" stars Julia Roberts, Jude Law, Natalie Portman, and Clive Owen and opens in theaters Dec. 12th.
