Spielberg Heads to Hungary to Make "Vengeance"

Steven Spielberg has long been talking about making a film focusing on the 1972 Munich Olympics tragedy in which several Israeli athletes were slain by terrorists, and the project now seems ready to get underway.

ComingSoon.net caught wind of a report from Hungarian website Moziplussz.hu that says shooting on "Vengeance" will start this June in and around Budapest, and that the plot centers on "a Mossad agent who tracks (the) Palestinian terrorists." Daniel Craig ("Layer Cake") and Eric Bana ("The Hulk") are on board to headline what’s sure to be a fairly controversial film. More news as we hear it…
