Variety brings news of the inaugural production from Code Entertainment: it’s a horror flick called "The Gravedancers," and it’s just about to wrap production in North Carolina. Director Mike Mendez ("The Convent," "Killers") will be behind the camera, and on the screen you’ll get Dominic Purcell ("Blade: Trinity"), Josie Maran ("Van Helsing"), Marcus Thomas ("Ring of Fire") and Tcheky Karyo ("Kiss of the Dragon").Mendez is directing a screenplay by first-timers Brad Keene and Chris Skinner. Code Entertainment is a newly-formed production house that used to be known as Neverland Films, a shingle that delivered titles such as "Drowning Mona" and "Noel."
